FAQ
FAQ
Q: What is the standard size of your padel court?

Our standard full panoramic padel court is 10m × 20m × 3m, fully compliant with FIP (International Padel Federation) competition standards. Custom size adjustments are available upon request.

Q: Can I customize the court’s color and materials?

Yes. The steel frame supports full RAL color customization. The playing surface is available in two options: standard blue acrylic or 10mm tournament-grade artificial grass, with custom turf colors (green/blue/red) available. We also offer optional upgrades like 12mm high-strength glass and anti-corrosion hardware.

Q: How long does it take to install a padel court?

Our padel courts feature a modular bolted structure, requiring no on-site welding. A single court can be fully installed in 2–3 days with standard tools. Multi-court projects take longer depending on quantity.

Q: What materials are used for the glass and hardware?

We use 12mm thick seamless tempered glass for maximum safety and visibility. All screws, nuts, bolts and fittings are made of stainless steel to prevent rust, making the court suitable for coastal or humid environments.

Q: How long is the warranty period?

Our standard warranty covers:
- Steel structure & powder coating: 5 years
- Tempered glass: 2 years
- Artificial grass / acrylic surface: 3 years
- LED lighting system: 2 years
We provide free spare parts for quality issues during the warranty period.

Q: Do you provide installation guidance or on-site service?

Yes. We provide complete installation manuals, drawings and online video guidance. Professional on-site installation service is also available at an extra cost for turnkey projects.

Q: What maintenance does the padel court require?

Maintenance is minimal:
- Clean the glass panels and court surface regularly to remove dust and debris.
- Check all bolts and connections monthly to keep them secure.
- For artificial grass courts: Brush the turf to keep fibers upright, and check the silica sand infill every 3–6 months. Replenish sand as needed to maintain consistent ball bounce.
- Avoid sharp objects and heavy impact to protect the surface and glass.

Q: Can the court be installed outdoors in different climates?

Yes. Our courts are built with hot-dip galvanized steel, stainless steel hardware and UV-resistant materials, suitable for hot, cold, humid and coastal climates. We also offer enhanced anti-corrosion coatings for high-salt environments.

Q: What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. L/C is also available for large orders.

Q: How long is the production and delivery lead time?

Standard production takes 20–30 days after deposit confirmation. Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method, typically 2–6 weeks by sea.
